Ingredients:
- 1 small eggplant, sliced and roasted.
- 1 hard boiled egg, sliced
- 2 small pieces, diagonally halved and buttered toast
- 1/2 cup of rice, seasoned
- and a dollop of guacamole

- 1 small avocado, pitted and mashed
- 1/2 small onion, minced
- 1 small tomato, minced
- 1 calamansi, juiced (because i dont have lime here!)
