Ingredients:

  1. 1 small eggplant, sliced and roasted.
  2. 1 hard boiled egg, sliced
  3. 2 small pieces, diagonally halved and buttered toast
  4. 1/2 cup of rice, seasoned
  5. and a dollop of guacamole

Ingredients:

  1. 1 small avocado, pitted and mashed
  2. 1/2 small onion, minced
  3. 1 small tomato, minced
  4. 1 calamansi, juiced (because i dont have lime here!)
  5. salt and pepper

  2. 1 tbsp nutella

  2. All purpose cream or Soy-based cream
  3. Garlic, minced
  4. Salt and pepper

  2. 1 small tomato 
  3. 1/3 a ripe mango
  4. 1 tbsp. plain yogurt
  5. Salt and pepper to taste
